Several concerns: Important to assess if the stenosis is compressing your spinal cord and perhaps compressing nerves leaving spinal canal into the arms. If spinal cord threat, your legs would become weak. The progressive loss of strength in arms could be radicular but do you in fact possess a peripheral neuropathy. Cervical stenosis: You need to see a doc! not a good plan to wait until friday afternoon to think you may have a problem. Understand, with spinal cord compression and injury, weakness, numbness and incoordination that develops may be permanent. If you truly have noticeable worsening today from yesterday, you need immediate attention. If this is just gradually getting worse, then call your doc monday.
