Hi, i have cervical disc narrowing w 2mm disc osteophyte into spinal canal and and moderate foraminal stenosis, i have pain and numbness in right arm. but both my emg/ncs are normal. how can this be? can i have pain and numbness with normal emg/ncs?

Your films and EMG studies do not reveal findings consistent with an indication for surgery. Your symptoms are not surprising and would not be worrisome. Rather, you are likely an excellent candidate for a physical therapy rehab program.
