Neck pain: Congenial fusion of cervical vertebrae is common and can lead to stress on adjacent segments. One of the most common variants is the Klippel-Feil Syndrome where the second and third vertebral bodies are fused. Occipital neuralgia and dizziness are common symptoms related to this congenital variant. Physical therapy and cortisone injections can relieve the pain.
