Hypertriglyceridemia: Regular 30 mins of aerobic exercises are important to lower triglycerides. Also important is to limit or avoid foods high in white carbohydrates like white bread, pasta, rice etc, fried foods, pizza etc. You may also take fish oil capsules over the counter daily as well. If numbers are too high then you would need prescription medication. Please follow up with your doctor to monitor.
