My 8 yr old daughter fell yesterday & locked both arms as she went down onto her hands. this morning her right elbow is hurting when twisting it.

Try R I C E.: Rice is an acronym for rest, ice, compression, elevation. This works well for minor injuries in conjunction with non-steroidal anti-inflammatories such as ibuprofen. You don't mention if her elbow is swollen or red. If she has any decrease in range of motion you should probably see a physician. Radiographs may be indicated. Best of luck, jp.
