Clinic: If you get a primary care doctor, you can see him/her in clinic, which is far cheaper than a hospital. A good one will do a reasonable check up to ensure everything is in order.

Teaching Hospital: Find a teaching hospital with doctors in training. Also, there may be a free clinic around. Those are my best suggestions. Sometimes a drop in clinic will deal with you about price if they are not busy. Do not go to an emergency room if this is not an emergency.
