I feel tightness on the left side of my chest for the past 30 minutes. it hurts to breathe and its worse when i sit or bend over. should i go to the hospital or urgent care ?

Emergency room: That discomfort can be due to serious issues like pleurisy,pneumonia, pericarditis, pulmonary embolism but could also be from a rib cage pinched nerve, rib pathology or inflamed chest wall joint or muscle. I recommend going to the hospital emergency room where prompt examination and testing are available.
