Dramatic weight loss: Fatty liver comes from obesity and diabetes. In some cases, it is reasonable to consider weight loss surgery if that is the cause. All conditions melt away.

I agree, but weight loss surgery, does not help "all" condtions melt away. I am a believer in weight loss surgery for the medically appropriate patient.
