Acute hep B-none.: Hepatitis b is acute inflammation of the liver caused by hep b virus (hbv). Spread by body's contact with serum, vaginal fluid, semen, blood, unclean tattoo instruments...That is already infected w hbv. Acute hep b-no specific rs; 100% newborns/children, 5% adults go on to chronic hep or cirrhosis or liver cancer. Rx can involve interferon-type drugs, liver transplant, rx the complications.
