What is the line of treatment of liver parenchymal disease?

Depends: You need to find out what the cause of your parenchymal liver disease is from your doctor. He/she will then be able to give you your best line of treatment. For now, eat healthy and avoid alcohol use.

Non-specific term: Liver parenchyma just mean the "meat" of the liver (essentially the liver cells) as opposed to the bile ducts. Another term that could apply to parenchymal disease might be "hepatitis." neither term is specific enough to indicate what is actually causing your liver inflammation, nor to determine treatment. As a starting point for discussion, what differential diagnosis has been offered to you?
