Possible: Go see your dr for a comprehensive exam. Typical heart attack symptoms are squeezing chest pain in mid sternum with radiation to left arm, accompanied by sweating.Nausea, feeling of passing out etc atypical presentation such as stomach or neck pain may present in women and older folks. An ekg is in order. If heart condition is ruled out, you could have arthritis and/or muscle strain. God bless u!

You never know: Your age and sex and this symptom pattern indicates that you need to have an ekg and a cardiac stress test. Please do not exert yourself until these have cleared you. See a cardiologist.
