I have had lots of heart tests including exercise stress echocardiogram, 48 hour monitor etc. I am still having breathlessness neck pain and occasional left shoulder pain, regular lightheadedness and night sweats and occasional tightness in chest????
Started to feel a bit lightheaded, my center chest was bothering me along with burning feeling, then about 10 minutes later a headache appeared in left temple and left eye.. no pain in arm, or neck or anywhere else.. is this my heart? I am so scared?
