Could be due to one : There are many possible causes. You first need relief from the pain. This is can be achieved with a combination pain med containing tylenol+aspirin or ibuprofen+ caffeine. You may also need to visit your doctor for prescription medicines as it could be migraine if it has occured more than this one time alone.
