hi. i had chest pain 2 days ago, my neck feels swollen at the back. iv a sore throat and eyes and headache at the back of my head. what could this be?

Infection: You describe a acute pharyngitis - swollen lymph gland (nodes) in your neck, with an element of systemic toxicity (headache and eyes) - i would want to rule out strep infection although a viral illness could mimic this. You need a throat swab today! strep must be treated with penicillin to avoid serious complications like abscess and rheumatic fever.
