Closed head injury: A concussion is loss of consciousness, loss of memory or combination of both. Bad headache, confusion, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, blurred or double vision, imbalance, focal weakness, all could be good reasons to seek medical care. I cannot feasibly objectify the significance of your head injury, and cannot better advise at this point.
