Blood Pressure Signs: Hypertension is often known as the 'silent' disease. It can be very high for a very long time without causing any noticeable symptoms. But, common symptoms of high blood pressure include headaches, fatigue, chest pain, irregular heart rhythms, sometimes shortness of breath. It is wise to always know where your blood pressure is and to keep track of it.
