Hi BP sign of CKD?: 43 F from CA asks Can high blood pressure be a sign of kidney (K )problem. ANS: Yes. But it depends on the type of kidney disease. The most severe BP will be if you have a narrowing of one of the arteries to K. Every time you lose a bit of kidney from some diseases BP goes up and salt 2 much salt is the key. Salt will drive BP very high I specialize in this . Happy to do 2nd opinion and help.
