No problems here: 1. You don't have enough data to make any determination from your blood pressure and the postural changes. Your readings are well within the margins of error for any blood pressure measurement devices on the market. 2. Your youthful body has compensation mechanisms to immediately adjust and maintain blood pressure over almost any postural changes. Don't expect to see changes with those maneuvers.

Normal: First you are young and most likely very healthy. The drop in blood pressure is transient and more pronounced when you are older. The body works to keep everything normal. It will adjust the blood pressure accordingly as needed. Nothing here points to any disease or medical condition.
