Not known: Shilajit (mumijo in russia) is a rock exudate composed of 85+ minerals plus triterpenes, and humic and fulvic acid. Research on interaction with medications is very sparse and hard to do because it a mix of so many things. Indeed research on shilajit itself is sparse. Moderation is in order.

Probably not: Even-though, there is a long history of use of shilajit in traditional indian medicine, shilajit unfortunately lacks scientific evaluation and systematic documentation. Some think it might improve some alzheimer's patients. Some think it might help chronic fatigue. Its action on the mitochondria doesn't seem to have a relationship to ssris.
