Fluvoxamine: Fluvoxamine is a strong inhibitor of a liver enzyme called cyp1a2 -- which is needed to metabolize caffeine. This means that caffeine consumed would remain in the system much longer than expected. Some other antidepressants which also have this effect are amitriptylene, imipramine, and clomipramine.
