Go slower: Excessive exercise will cause sore musles. So you have to start slowly and gradually increase till your body gets conditioned to exercise over a period of 2-4 weeks. For now take a couple of tylenols (acetaminophen) as needed and give a couple of days of rest to the muscles and then start exercises slowly to byuild up tolerance.
