Yes, but I think: You ought to wear elastic stockings, both for pressure and for protection of skin. It might be hot, especially in summer, but i think its benefits outweigh the discomfort. The valves in the varicose veins are incompetent or destroyed, so it the blood in the veins cannot return from your legs to the body. Stockings will help the blood to go back to the heart.

Absolutely: Even if working out did make your veins worse (and there is no proof that it will), you are still better off exercising than not. If working out makes you have severe enough pain in your legs to make you stop, then listen to the pain. Otherwise, exercise generally makes your legs feel better and you want to listen to that too.

Varicose Veins Legs: Yes, it is still healthy for you to workout your legs, even with varicose veins. Maintaining a normal weight and exercising can actually slow the progression of the vein disease. I would still recommend wearing compression stockings on your legs when possible and also being evaluated by a vein specialist (vascular surgeon), as the veins typically get worse over time without proper treatment.

Varicose veins: there is no reason that you may not workout if you have varicose veins. I would recommend that you seek evaluation to determine the source of these varicose veins and perhaps seek treatment. Use of a compression stockings during daily activities would be of benefit.
