Mass growing: You should always see your doctor about any unexplained mass on your body. If it cannot be identified visually then perhaps you will need tests or a biopsy.

See doctor: You would need to have it biopsied and evaluated under a microscope to determine what it truly is.

Cyst: Most common diagnosis would be sebaceous cyst but it needs to be evaluated and excised with biopsy. See ent doc or facial plastic surgeon
