How Drug Acts: Physiological refers to how medicines are used and work within all parts of the body. While drug a might be the best for a particular problem, if it affect your liver and you have a bad liver, we wouldn't use it and so on. It is a complex understanding of how all parts of your body interact and making sure something we give to correct one problem doesn't cause or worsen another.
