If : If you have bleeding, pain or other urgent situation, you should try to see the urologist who is covering for your vacationing doctor. If this is not possible, see your general physician or go to your local emergency room.

In : In the absence of any information as to why your urologist ordered the study, i suggest you wait until he returns to go over all your test results with you. It would be imprudent to speculate.
