Not enough info: These symptoms are too vague to entertain a diagnosis. If they persist an exam by your physician would be required as the possible causes are varied with different treatment requirements.

See doctor: Sores may be something simple as aphthous ulcer, but serious disease such as squamous cell cancer also presents as a sore on the tongue. Recommend strongly you visit the ENT or oral surgeon immediately.
