It may be normal: Depending on the age, it may be normal. Children up to about 6 year old have a high lymphocyte count and a low rbc compared to adults normal range. If it is about your own blood count, a high lymphocyte in the CBC is abnormal. Many infections would increase lymphocyte count temporarily, and may reduce rbc count. But there are some serious illnesses that may cause the same thing. See your doctor.
