Not gout: It is unlikely to have polyarticular (multiple joints) gout. Gout flares typically have a swollen, red, hot joint---not just a painful joint. The pain is in the joint and is not a leg or limb pain. Typically there is only 1 joint affected at a time. The level of uric acid is high, normal is less ban 6.5. See you doctor for evaluation.
