Suggest preg test!: Pcos affects 5-10% of women and these women have irregular cycles and only ovulate some months. Spotting or bleeding occurs from the uterus and can occur after an ovulation ( Progesterone withdrawal bleed), after eggs try to grow but don't complete the process ( estrogen withdrawal bleed) and during or after a pregnancy ( implantation bleeding, threatened miscarriage, or real miscarriage).
