I have pcos, so my period is always fairly irregular. this time, when i'm "supposed" to get it, i'm only having very light spotting. pregnant or pcos?

Pcos most likely: If you have pcos, then this is most likely pcos but if you have had unprotected sex and your period is delayed by 1-2 weeks, get a home pregnancy test to be sure.

Suggest preg test!: Pcos affects 5-10% of women and these women have irregular cycles and only ovulate some months. Spotting or bleeding occurs from the uterus and can occur after an ovulation ( Progesterone withdrawal bleed), after eggs try to grow but don't complete the process ( estrogen withdrawal bleed) and during or after a pregnancy ( implantation bleeding, threatened miscarriage, or real miscarriage).

Either : A simple blood pregnancy test should be able to make the distinction.
