PCOS and Fertility: The combination of Insulin resistance and high testosterone is pcos can negatively affect ovulation and fertility. This does not make you infertile. Treatment of the condition with lifestyle changes like diet and exercise and medications like metformin improve the problem and increase the likelihood of conceiving.
