No!: Even if you have PCOS with irregular menses, you most likely ovulate from time to time and can get pregnant even without treatment. Treatment for the PCOS and for associated infertility increase your chances of a successful pregnancy. If you're sexually active but not ready to be a mum, don't throw out your contraception, but, when you ARE ready, don't throw out hope either!
