Check thyroid : It is possible that you are hyperthyroid with an overactive metabolism or you are not sweating normally due to some autonomic nervous system disorder.

Hyperthyroidism: If "more heat generated" in a young male, i think about either an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism) or fever (infection). Regardless, best to go see your doctor for testing. If "acidity problem" refers to heartburn, there are many over-the-counter antacids available (at least here in the states) such as Tums (calcium carbonate) & rolaids. If that doesn't work, ranitidine. Failing that, Omeprazole is available otc.
