Not necessarily: Congratulations on controlling your triglycerides! that being said, triglycerides are not regarded as strongly related to coronary artery disease; what is more critical is control of your LDL cholesterol level, as well as management of other medical conditions like hypertension and diabetes. And no, even with perfect control, you cannot say the vessels are clear without a cath.
