No crystal ball...: We can't predict who will have a heart attack, not even based upon LDL (bad) cholesterol & triglycerides. All we can do is estimate risk using medical calculators. Back in the day, we used Framingham risk score (http://cvdrisk.nhlbi.nih.gov/) but since 11/13 we use Pooled Cohort Risk (http://my.americanheart.org/professional/StatementsGuidelines/Prevention-Guidelines_UCM_457698_SubHomePage.jsp)
