Diet: I am a big fan of antiinflammatory type diets and their effects are well documented for numerous conditions. My personal choice is a whole foods, vegan diet with avoidance of any dairy or animal proteins. It has not been accepted by what i would call traditional medicine, but the results can be amazing. Thank you for the question.

Ice, massage, P.T.: I've treated many professional athletes in MMA and pain in the muscles and joints is very common. I would first see a sports medicine doc or orthopedist to make sure you don't have any serious injury. If the pain is minor after training, the 1st step is to ice the sore muscles/joints for 20min. massage can help with sore muscles, and a physical therapist can recommend stretches/exercises to help
