My blood pressure is 116/77 with abdominal right pain nausea it hurts where my liver is, had a gallbladder ultrasound everything is good. Liver?

Could be: Acute liver distension can cause right upper quadrant pain. So can biliary tract disease, pancreatitis, peptic ulcer disease, non-ulcer dyspepsia, esophagits, pleurisy, and even kidney stones to name a few causes.
