Vaginal bleeding: Cervix cancer usaully causes post coital bleeding or foul smelling vaginal discharge. Any irregular bleeding is a cause for concern and requires a pelvic exam by a gyneocologist. A pap smear can give a diagnosis and cancer is easy to see duing the pelvic exam. You should go see a gynecologist.

Sometimes bleeding: Cervical cancer rarely causes symptoms until it is very advanced. A common symptom is bleeding after intercourse but otherwise it has few symptoms which is why women should get their pap smears routinely. When the cancer is early or in its precancerous state, it has no symptoms.
