Sometimes my body shows below normal temperature(97*f).can it be a symptom for any abnormality or cancer or low immunity?

No: Probably nothing except for the thermometer. If you were really hypothermic, you would know it. That being said, in infants or the elderly, low temp can be seen with infections and illness.
