Rarely: Dizziness is caused by many things. The most common causes are vertigo, medicine side effects, dehydration, and changes in the blood pressure or heart rhythm. Cancer is rarely a cause of dizziness. Dizziness can be a disabling and important symptom. Although it may not be caused by cancer, it's worth a check up if it is bothering you.

Usually not: That said, there are many things people refer to as dizziness. there is vertigo, which is the sensation that the world is spinning and then there is lightheadedness or the sensation that you might pass out. which of these two symptoms do you refer to as dizziness? If its vertigo, there are a few things that cause that. If lightheadedness the list is longer. Its best to see a Dr. sort this out.
