How do you cure poor leg circulation?

Good question!: If you smoke, don't! take Aspirin 75 mg - 325 mg daily. Keep BP and blood sugar under control. Exercise daily. Even if it's just for 15 min. Eat a mediterranean or low fat diet and take a statin. Finally, if you have rest pain, non-healing ulcers or very limiting pain with walking, consider revascularization by balloon/stent or surgery.

Veins and arteries: We have veins and arteries in our legs. Both affect our circulation. Veins take blood back to the heart and arteries send oxygenated blood back to your legs and body. You can have problems with both. Be evaluated by internist or vascular doctor for your arteries and a phlebologist for your veins: www.Phlebology.Org. Wearing medical compression stockings, walking, elevating your legs help. See dr.
