Not quite sure: on some of your terms: "brainfog on lifting weights" "poorcirculation" "b12 deficiency" I am not at all clear what you mean. Certainly with strenuous exercise some exhaution can occur that can impair thought a bit (and rapidly get better with rest). "poor circulation" is not common below age 40.

Circulation: If you feel your circulation is poor see your doctor. As far as tests are concerned that would depend on what your exam shows. It would be unusual to have a vascular problem at 29 ,but if your lab test are normal for sugar, renal function and thyroid, it may help to get C-reactive protein, cholesterol, homocyseine. Your doctor may consider an ankle brachial index
