Sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night and i cannot feel my legs. is this a sign of poor circulation? or could it be something more serious?

Unlikely: A 29 year old is unlikely to have "poor circulation" to the legs, or what we call peripheral arterial disease (pad). You're also unlikely to have vein disease that would cause these symptoms. Discuss with your primary care physician.

Circulation: Sounds more like a nerve compression based on when it occurs and that you are lying down when it happens Have your lower back evaluated
