If i have poor circulation in one leg, making it colder than the other, would it affect the results of an emg/ncs?

Probably Not, But...: Although temperature does play a role in the outcome of an EMG/NCV study, most neurophysiologists check temperature during the test to identify this as a source of error. To some extent, the answer to this question depends on the results of the test and the skill set of the person doing the test. I would discuss it with the doctor who performed the test, if possible.
