See a specialist: Most fertility specialist will not see a couple who is trying to conceive until they have been having unprotected sex for at least 1 year. You seem to have been at it for longer than that and you might benefit from seeing a specialist who can help identify the source of the difficulty you and your wife are having in conceiving.
