my wife is 25 weeks pregnant with twins. can she watch a movie at the cinema? is it safe for the babies?

Depends: If her doc has not put her on bed rest or placed her on any other such restrictions I don't see how a movie is any risk. If she has been unstable and limited then any excessive stimulation may need to be avoided.
