Not Costcochondritis: It may be from breast augmentation but not from costochondtitis.

Could be a ripple: Breast implants can fold or wrinkle. In certain positions or when leaking. This may create the sensation of "popping" as the implant folds over a crease or adhesion. See your breast implant surgeon. Imaging may help.
