No: Any signs/symptoms of HIV at 1 month are extremely nonspecific - fever, rash are the most common. If you experience these and are concerned about possible HIV infection, see your doctor.

HIV: If you have been exposed to HIV you should be ideally tested for antibodies for at least 3 to 6 months. If you want to pay the fee you can obtain an RNA pcr which if negative should assure that you have not acquired this virus. You should also be tested for other stds. Signs and symptoms of HIV do not always occur and are highly variable.
