My 4yr 11months son has an hb of 10, 2mmol and mcv 88, 1 mch27.5 rbc 3.73 hct 32.8. is he anaemic? is he in danger.what could be the cause.he eats well.

Anemia: It appears that the cause could be iron deficiency. If he feels well and you do not see any bleeding place him on iron and the anemia should get better in a few weeks. If not then further investigation should be done. If improving iron should be given for at lease 3months.
