What?: Sorry i can't figure out what you might mean by "ensysopathy". There is no such word. An elevated ESR indicates a systemic inflammatory condition, possibly an infection, possibly an autoimmune disease. Ask your doctors, or find out the real word you are trying to ask about any try here again.
