Oral ulcer: There are a few possibilities for this combination of symptoms and lab result. Keep working with your doctor, or ask for referral to a rheumatologist (arthritis/immunology specialist). One possibility is called Behcet's disease, and would be especially likely if you are of Mediterranean ancestry (Italian, Turkish, Macedonian, etc). Google Behcet's for more information. Good luck.

Ulcer: Probably unrelated to your Hx. Please see your General Dentist, a specialist Oral Surgeon, or a specialist Oral Pathologist for evaluation.
